Owner and President of Edgewater, Jay Anderson, attended Southwest Missouri State University, majored in Construction Management, and has been working in the condominium & residential building industry for 12 years. He has a State-Certified General Contractor’s License and is a member of the Manatee Home Builders Association, the Florida Home Builders Association and the National Home Builders Association.
Jay Anderson’s resume of completed projects covers a wide range of project types, from condominium interior renovations to new custom homes, indicating his versatility to manage many diverse project types. Jay’s focus on pre-planning insures that each project is within budget, on schedule, and ultimately achieves our customer's objectives.
His perspective on the building process comes from hands-on experience....he knows the building industry, he knows how it works, he knows the timeframes and most importantly he knows how the products relate to the overall project.
